Hi, Give some ideas for maintaining a best admin team. some operations related to administrative functions.

The best thing to improve and develop the team are by using the performance tools such as KPIs and KRAs. Those things will drive your team towards the target and objective of the dept. Some kind of technique such as Job Analysis is important to implement and to divide the functions between operation and admin.

KPIs for functioning is different between organization/ industry etc. however it become the responsiility of the company to set up the KPIs for the functions. the normal steps in developing KPIs is
1. by to attend the KPIs training, do benchmarking, reference checking from any employment federation.
2. conduct job analysis and understanding the job specificiation.
3. KPIs must be understand and agreed by the department members and it must be SMART.
4. normally the KPIs for administrative is about the speed/ rspond time/ accuracy/ complaint/ cost etc.
it is depend on you to set up the percentage of your admin KPIs. atually, which comany is you attached for?
