How to get relieving letter after absconding - as per company policy they will not provide a relieving letter
I made a huge mistake i was not interested to work i was not going to the office so the company marked me as absconding. then they sent the fnf certificate to me. now am asking them my relieving letter. they are telling as per company policy they will not provide a relieving letter. i got an offer letter from another company i have only 5 days time to join they are asking for a relieving letter. i really dont know know what to do. i feel so tensed that will i lose my offer letter. please reply.
Short notice period - company has ceased her relieving letter, and considered her case absconding
My colleague tanya served a 15 day notice period instead of a 30 day her organization stated that this is not allowed in spite of her compensating them for it and they have ceased her relieving letter and considered her case absconding in spite of her telling them in advance and leaving the company she had mentioned this on her mail while she sent her resignation she needed to get married and relocate please advise what course of action does she need to take?

Dear friends greeting for the day i worked with a multinational company 6 years due to certain family unexpected condition i couldn t report to work after 15 days of leaves for that reason my manager had marked me absconding after a year i asked them to provide me the relieving letter for which they say we cannot provide as i was absconding & did not serve the notice period now even after paying the full & final settlement amount dues 41000 they are not providing me the relieving letter & stating that as this is the company policy for absconded employee they have provide me a awol letter stating i was terminated & was absconding how can i present that letter in any organisation for job & even not providing me the copy of company policy is there any law for this so that i can challenge them / do let me know what can be done for getting me the letter
Employer stated absconding on relieving letter
Hi team my wife has sent resignation email to the hr and employer and she informed them that she can not serve the notice period. and she left the organization at the end of the day. after that there was no communication from hr no show cause letter no termination letter no other notice letter on her address or on email id. also they did not asked to buy out the notice period. now after few months she went and asked for the service certificate they have provided the same also but they mentioned on it as absconding. now we have told them that this is not absconding case and if you want we are ready to pay two months salary as per their company\'s rule and code of conduct. but they are not replying on it and ignoring it. thanks
Re employment after absconding
Facts: worked for more than 2.5 yrs in a leading bpo absconded only because of the unfair treatment...needless to mention that employee cannot fight the management who is too smart to play on such things got job elsewhere however relieving letter from previous co. is pending.. so employee had paid all the dues as per f&f letter instead of relieving which was promised during a call with hr however not even service letter was issued instead a letter stating the absconding was issued due to which several other opportunities have been lost.so obviously cannot be presented to any other co. however a there is a threat in the current co too. questions: to abscond is definitely not the way to quit... however is it such a big crime that he/she should not get a job elsewhere? if yes for how long? for ever? is there any alternative? what does indian labor law says about it?
Got relieving letter but marked absconding
Dear sir i have similar case. i have worked in an organisation for 2 years. in that organisation they are having 2 years bonds for the freshers. so you can not resign in between those tow years. i wanted to leave as soon as my bond was over for some personal reasons. so i informed my pm and hr in email that i will be leaving at the end of my bond period around one and half months back. but my pm did provided me resource for kt. at end of my bond period i resigned with only 3 days notice. at that time my pm asked me to serve 8 weeks of notice period. i was enable to do so. i left the organisation and hr marked me absconding. after around one month i contacted again my organisation and requested them to give me my relieving letter and experience letter. my pm sent my case to legal dept of the company. legal dept of the company did my full and final settlement and gave me relieving letter and experience certificates. i also got my pf and form 16. i thought that was over. after that i worked in another organisation for 3 years nothing came out in my background check. i did my mba too for 2 years. after my mba when i joined new organisation after 5 years of leaving my first company. in my background verification i was informed that my status was mentioned as absconding in my previous organisation. my new organisation is reluctant in giving me joining. please let me know what is possible way for to me join the new company. will i be able to work in future with other companies?? is it ok for my previous organisation to mentioned me absconding??
