I am working as a HR Executive in a hotel. I want to know how much Earned Leave, Casual Leave & Sick Leave allowed for hotel industries?

Anybody please suggest me how much earned leave, casual leave & sick leave allocated for food industries?

As per clause EL 18, SL 12, CL 12 are eligible leaves. Sick leaves are eligible for those employees who are not covered under ESI.

If any employee wants to encash EL per year, then the employee is eligible for 12 leaves.

Hotels/restaurants are covered by T.N Shosp and Establishmenst Act.As per teh siad Act you need to provide : P.L/E.L - 12 C.L- 12 S.L - 12 B.Saikumar Mumbai

Dear Mr. Sankar,

I presume that you are employed in a hotel/restaurant in Tamil Nadu. The working conditions of employees of hotels/restaurants or other places where edibles are served to the public for consumption at the premises itself are covered by the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Act. Please refer to this Act for further information.
