I am working as a HR Executive in a hotel. I want to know how much Earned Leave, Casual Leave & Sick Leave allowed for hotel industries?
Anybody please suggest me how much earned leave, casual leave & sick leave allocated for food industries?
As per clause EL 18, SL 12 CL 12 are eligible leaves. And Sick leaves are eligible for those employees who are not covered under ESI.
If any employee wants to Encash EL per year; then employee are eligible for 12 leaves.

Hotels/restaurants are covered by T.N Shosp and Establishmenst Act.As per teh siad Act you need to provide : P.L/E.L - 12 C.L- 12 S.L - 12 B.Saikumar Mumbai

I presume that you are employed in a hotel/restaurant in Tamilnadu. The working conditions of employees of hotels/restaurants or other places where eatables are served to the public for consumption at the premises itself is covered by the provisions of the Tamilnadu Catering Establishments Act. You please refer to this Act for further information.

But shop and establishment act does not mention anything about sick leave
Dear Member,
Which Shop and Establishment Act does not mention anything about sick leave ? In general State Shops Acts have provisions relating to grant of EL, SL & CL.
