Dear All,
Hope you all are doing well.
well, in this post i need your guidance. Iam PGDM in HRM and have work experience of one and a half year as Executive. Now I wish to go for higher studies. I am planning to do M.Sc in pyschology and then Phd in HRM.
Now my question is- can we pursue Phd in HRM after completing master degree in Psychology or for that master degree should be in the HR/OB?
Seeking your valuable advice!!
Thanks and Regards

Amit,
Thanks for your valuable information, but here question is that I dont have master degree so that's why can't go for M.phil(as per google search).
But you help me by giving information in this aspect also. Thanks.
Actually I am little confused that can I go for Phd in HRM after opting Psychology subject in MSc. or is is advicable to get master degree in HR only for that. (actually I have keen interest in Psychology).
Thanks and Regards
Swati
Amit,
Yeah I did PGDM ( 2 year-full time) it is just equivalent to MBA but not a master degree. so if you can suggest me any college which is offering Phd after PGDM then kindly suggest me (because as per my knowledge, can pursue Phd after master degree, even after clearing UGC-NET/JRF).
Thanks
Swati
