Dear Seniors
I am working in Non-engineering company based in Roorkee, Management says me to make the esi card of casual workers, whose salary is less 6500 /- but i have said him that if we want to make the esi card of casual employee then we will have to pay minimum wage and also pay the contribution pf & ESIC.
Then management says that we can pay only esi contribution 4.75%,but not pf contribution.
kindly give me valuable suggestion in this matter as earliest.
