I join the others to extend a BIG CONGRATS to you Adeel.
Now I guess there are a couple of things that you can do from here on:
1] Repay back to CiteHR by participating in this excellent Forum, giving your suggestions to those who need them. Like the Koran or The Bible say: As you SOW, so you REAP. When you GIVE to nature/society, HE gives to you what you need & when you need it.
2] Put to use the knowledge-base that you gained thru the MBA degree in your work--though frankly, I am not really sure how much practical scope/opportunity you would get in Lahore & that too in the Police dept. to do this.
All the Best.

@ALL!
Thanks & Cheers.
@Tajsateesh!
Sir I’ll surely act in accordance with your instructions.
You are absolutely right as most of people in Sub-Continent think that POLICE DEPARTMENT haven’t any connection with EDUCATION… lolzzz
But sir, after 2000 the youngsters joined police department are mostly Graduates and many of them are highly qualified. As per my opinion Police Department is perfect picture of Human Resource Management (From Recruitment to Performance Evaluation) except Labor-Management Relations because we don’t have any facility of UNION etc. Therefore in police department:
Labor Management Relation = YES SIR ;)
