You are right Mr.Bhaskar. I also recently joined at Diploma in Labour Law course (on 07th oct 11) at Madras University thru correspondence. I think the date may be extended in chennai university and also check with annamalai unversity.

As Mr.JP said you can go for Diploma in labor law and Administrative law at IGNOU, MK University, Tamilnadu university, Bangalore University, & Annamalai university, the duration is 1 Years congrats in advance do it will definitely give you good outcome related to IR..
