The company is said to close in 15 days but I need help on how can I help my employees through this transition. Can someone give me a sample of notice so I could notify each of my staff about this?

The Subject you used & the content of your posting are contradictory.
While the Subject asks for suggestion on how to 'help' the employees, the posting asks for a Notice sample--which is a sort of Intimation about the development.
In any case, suggest FIRST talk to them PERSONALLY & explain the reasons for the situation. A job loss is tough to handle for anyone--irrespective of the level. And pl be prepared to face some tough questions from them and answer each of them politely & TRANSPARENTLY. Suggest avoid beating round the bush--you will only end-up aggravating the situation.
This way, you will get first-hand inputs of how to 'word' your formal Letter--in case you get a feeling that any of them MIGHT go the legal way, it's your responsibility as HR [assuming, since you haven't mentioned] to safeguard the company against such situations.
