Dear all, I would like to get the monthly salary breakup for 6.5 lacs salary a year. There is no ESI & PF contribution. I need it immediately, pls help.

Hi Harshali,
Thanks a lot for the monthly salary break-up, can you please let me know what is this supplementary component in the salary break-up & I don't get a yearly bonus, then how do we make up for that.

Hi Colin, You can breakup the bonus amount in the other component by increasing the percentage share in the attached excel. Chk the sheet for eg. Regards Harshali

Plese help me to solve out these Ques?
1-In CTC what are the percentage of the following heads:-
HRA, SPL,CON,LTA, MEDICAL AND BONUS
2-Every company fix their own percentage of the above head or it is fixed by govt?
3-Total of all the above heads should be 100% or not ?
4-Pf is also included in 100%?
