Greetings.

We would like to introduce as one of the leading Recruitment/Payroll Service providing company for your corporate requirement.

Also please find attached our company profile for your perusal.

By engaging ourservices, You can be assured of the following benefits:
· Free Your Resources and Work On Your Strategy
An important aspect of HRO(Human Resource Outsourcing) is its ability to free corporate executives from some of their day-to-day process management responsibilities. Traditionally, executives spend 80 percent of their time managing details, and only 20 percent on strategy. Once a process is successfully outsourced, the ratio can be reversed. Executives get more control over their most valuable resource: time. Time to explore new revenue streams, time to accelerate other projects, and time to focus on their customers.
· Improve Processes - Save Money
Our efficient HRO (Human Resource Service) reduce your payroll and other overhead expense thereby increasing your profits. Our

HRO services even enable you to make fewer capital investments.
· Increase Your Capabilities

Allow organizations to focus on their core business—HRO allows organizations to outsource their non-core processes. This enables

them to focus on the more strategic, programs that generate revenue and ensure the success of the other business
processes.Outsourcing these non-core business processes reduces costs and improves efficiency

In our service you will find a national partner :-
1. Who will understand your growing/pressing needs and will constantly adapt and change to meet your business demands,
2. Who will continuously deliver as per agreed SLA? and if there are any weaknesses in meeting the deliverables, the same will be corrected immediately.
3. Who will always value add to your business processes, growth and bottom lines.
4. Who strictly conforms to internationally accepted best business practices and is as ethical & transparent as a partner should be and probably more and most importantly,

Hello Latha,
This definitely is a very good opportunity for you to learn & perform--something not many get during their initial career stages.
First & Foremost, make a Priority List of what YOU & your Company wants to be in-place--for which you will need to have a few extended sessions with your Boss [I presume it;s the MD, since you mentioned it's a Start-up].
Next, pl make the FULL use of the reSearch Facility @ the top of this page in this excellent Forum--you are sure to get many inputs you need.
In case, you need any SPECIFIC input or have any SPECIFIC query, pl feel free to post it--the chances of getting focused suggestions/inputs are much higher that way.
All the Best.

Dear All,

First of all i would like to say sorry to Mr./Ms. B. Sahay for using his/her thread for posting my query, as i m new to this grp and i don't know how to post query.

I m working as a Manager - Admin & HR for a group of companies, under one company we opening one restaurant for which recruitment is going on from last 2 months and almost done, but new joinees have still not submitted recruitment related basic documents like : ID proof, address proof ( permanent & temporary both), PAN card number, Employee joining form, experience letter.

They all are hired by one of my colleague (who is hired on contractual basis only to recruit and manage restaurant staff), on the basis of senior's(director) instruction.

I am waiting for all documents from last two months, now yesterday i had a word with my senior (director) on the same. They told me to give notice them and to clearly mention that they will not be on company role and company will not be responsible for any activities of those employees, they are like as daily worker for us.

So please help me to write this notice as i m not aware of so much legal words and i don't want to see our company in any trouble or in any legal issue because of those employees.

Waiting for help from you all.

Regards,

Monika Singh
