Query on gratuity
My organisation is a pvt ltd. company in architectural service. actually my boss runs two pvt. ltd. companies in same profession and at same address and he continuously rotate the employees with in these two companies. the numbers of both companies was more than 10 but at present we are only 4 people working in one company and second company is also running but no business done from last 3 years. i also working from 8 year and 5 months. please advice that i have right to claim gratuity or not. thanks
Working hours in it companies
Hi guys i am working in an it company. mostly in all indian it companies employees are made to work for more than 8 hours and the work load given to an employee is more than thrice of a single person s work. where there should be 15 employees for a project there is just 6 to 7 employees working. is there any law for it employees in india? there are laws for u.s. it companies. the law is like employees have to be provided with a minimum amount of salaryx per hour and 8 hours of work. we indians are working like slaves for other countries. wake up india. why this kind of law is not brought here for india?. can we bring up that law in near future? plz give your suggestions.
About issuing appointment letter
Respected seniors... my name is j.raju.i am working for organisation which is basically deals with agro products.this organisation is belongs to a group of companies.all the companies are working in the same office building.and the management and directors for all the company are same person.the company wants to hire some operation staff who will work for all the companies. so my question is that the offer letters and the appointment letters will be issue under which head name..? can we issue letters under the head group of companies?

Kindly let me know if an employer open 34 private companies and keep the employees below 10 in each co./establishment then an employee entitled to get gratuity? there are so many cases where the clever employer do like this.i have 23 friends those who are working in delhi for the last 20 years and acc.to them the same employer has opened 23 private companies and the same employees are working for all the companies but the employer has been enrolled them in different companies in such a way that the no.of employees does not reach upto 10. what will be the solution to get the gratuity for those who have spent whole life with same employer?
