My name is pushpanjali kumari.I have my own company deal in animation,3d,2d and flash.also around 20-25 people are working here.But the problem is that the performance is not up to the point.company is not running successfully.team member is also not working properly.also there is no HR department.
What should i do to enhance the performance of my employee.and how to set a performance appraisal for our employee.

Dear Mam,
I think you should find out the reason behind the employees non performance or under performance. There might be internal or external factors which may be affecting the performance. May be lack of motivation in monetary or non monetary terms may be a reason. You can call for a meeting and discuss the issues and get a better insight on the same and then you can work out measures to enhance the productivity.
