I am working as an Assistant Manager (HR) in a real estate company.I have got 5 years of experience.Although i have learnt a lot in my field and have got a Generalist profile in HR .I am not happy with the raise in my salary as there is a meagre hike. Now i want to change the company .I have got a good understanding of SAP (HR),on the basis of this i got a call from IT company.I have 2 questions to ask First is Would going for an IT company would change my profile since if i go for SAP i would completely be into IT and my previous experience related with HR would be on back burner. Also being in an IT company with my qualificattion i.e. MBA(HR) ,i would be on a low side ,i wont have much edge with other technical counterparts!!
Also I have a keen interest in Law, I want to pursue LLB.But now i am in a big fix and dilemma whether i should go for it or not? I want to ask which one doing a SAP functionality or a LLB course would be beneficial for me carrer wise as well as the monetary gains..

Kindly suggest ...

Hi,
If you are getting a offer in SAP field as Functional Consultant then go for it & try to go for the formal training on it.
There is no competition between functional & technical consultant, their role is different.
You will get more oppertunity & money in SAP field but getting a job for fresher is tough, if you have then don't miss this opportunity.
LLB will not help much in salary but it is just an added qualification which is required mostly in manufacuring HR job.
Best of luck.

If you have knowledgement thats good but a formal certificate will help you to grow.
First, if you are getting any job isin SAP then graps it then join any institute for the course.Certification is tough but try to go for it. Even without certification a formal training certificate will help you.
