Hello People
life is going litle tough as i am working in a good IT company but am not able to find a good job for my wife. Problem is she has experince of 1.4 Years in Informatica, Oracle. she left job before marriage but now after 4-5 months break , getting a job seems impossible.
We see lots of job openings and recieve lots of mails from HRs regarding jobs but either they are for Freshers or for very Experienced one like 3-4 and above.
i was wondering why HR/Companies dont consider people with exp between 1-2 years for job.
they are better then freshers wrt training needed . i notice many companies hiring freshers giving them training but why they dont hire people who dont need training and are ready to join asap.
Kindly let me know point of view of companies.

After a break these things are normal to fight with,,
But it does not mean there are not the companies who hiring people with 1 year experience...
wait for the suitable opening,, if she keep applying for the posting which are showing in 0-1 years experiences slab,, probably she'll get sum expected assignment,,..A job for a fresher if offering good learning & salary, coud be considered also,,
2nd thing I wud say,
Some time right job take time,, 1 of my friend was looking 4 a job after only 1 month break and it took 3 whole months him to land on right place..
So keep searching,,,and meanwhile see the market demand and try to upgrade skill as per the market,,,if some where u feel..

surely party to CHR members(not all but i know some..you included) if i get good job for my wife.
we are looking but still ...there are jobs for freshers..& jobs for experinced ones..

Perhaps sometime comapnies look for fresher as they
want to groom them,, and think that molding raw clay is easier than a already build up statue..
So if u look some good opportunity, with good learning and future prospect, let her apply as a fresher,,it'll nt do any harm,,
Sometime ppl to get involved their interest area leave all the experience behind a start a fresh,
so she has only 1 year ex.
Let the recruiter know that she want to apply as a fresher,,
