PF Return Form 3A/6A.

Hi experts,
I have get a letter from PF dept. to submit Form 3A and 6A for previous year. I have not deposited any contribution to the account of PF dept because no one is member of our company. Can any one suggest me what to do now....

Dear Ramesh,
what is the the Muster strenth of your company ? if your muster strenth is less than 10 employee then you are not covered under the Act, if your muster strenth if more that 10 then you have to covered under the act and complete the compliances under the Act.
