Hi Khalee,
For fresher leaves are not applicable as they are trainees to Organization. Completion of Training Period (Probation Period) employee is applicable to enjoy leaves as per standard of Organization or by Leave Policy.
Please use above Research block for more details.

Hello.,
Sub:-Calculation of CL/SL
6 Casual Leave and 6 Sick Leave in the year,So who joined before completeing half(june)of the year they are elligible for 6CL/6SL but who joined after Completing June (in July) month they only elligible for 3SL/3CL as my knowledge this is the policy for SL/CL.

Hi there, Please note that newly joined employees are entitled 50% of their annual leave only after completion of 6 months in service employees on probation cannot be entitled to annual leave.

The best solution is to divide the number of leaves with 12 and see how many comes per moth and then segrgate it with 1 sick leave and 1/2 day casual leave per month. Annual leaves are generally 2 per month. But all depends on Company policy.
