All paid leaves and holidays are considered as present days for the bonus calculation. regards, kamal

Dear friend you have to take the no of days phycically worked for calculating the eligiblity of 30 days and monthly earnings for total bonus calculation Regards alphonse

Dear Mr.Aalphonse,
Employee are not required to be physically present for 30 days to be eligible for bonus. All paid leave/holidays are included in that 30 days.
All statutory benefits are calculated on paid days except Earn leave calculation.
