Since 2001 if your contractual employees are not covered under PF & ESI either by Contractor or by PE, then it is a serious matter.
In absence of proper compliance by Contractor under PF & ESI it is the responsibility of PE to take care for the same.
Total employees are 430 and the liability will be huge. Please take it seriously and do the needful. I am from Kolkata.
