Dear Murali
If a member completes 58 years of age, his/her contibution to pension will be stopped. By submitting form 10d to pf authorities, pension will start even if he/she is in service.
Before completion of 58 year certificate will be available but after completion of 58 years, certificate will not be issued. Procedure for pension to be followed.

My Query is, we are paying EPF to completed 58 years aged employee in my organization , not yet crossed 10 years of his service in EPF.
Is there is any issue to face us about this in future.

Dear HR @albusindia, it appears you have an Employee who has attained 58 Years & continues in Employment.Consequently, he is covered under EPF Scheme.Please elaborate your statement that Employee in question "not yet crossed 10 Years of his service in EPF"
After attaining 58 Years Employee share of EPF @8.33% IS REMITTED IN EPS? Please give factual information after verification of your records
