Dear all,
I need valuable suggestion.
We are in the business of Payroll management/outsourcing/recruitment. In terms of Payroll Management Business, We are working as a Business Associates of One of the Giant MNC Pharmaceutical Organization and taking care of all North East outsourcing and Payroll Management part.
Now we are going to be a part of the One the growing IT Company to look after their Payroll Management Part solely. We had already prepared their attendee sheet, Pay roll structure, Salary Slips, PF, P Tax and ESIC month wise format. Since they are applying on Fresh basis for PF/ESIC/P Tax ,TDS and other Government compliance .As a result now onwards both Employee and Employer had to lose some money from their pocket ,once we comes under we can't avoid these all deductions. To make feel comfortable we are now going plan for PPT for their employees too with the approval of their Employer.
I Need suggestions and guidance that how can we can redesign their Payroll structure so that both Employee and Employer had not lose too much of Amount from their pocket without taking all necessary government rules and Compliance on stake.
