Hi Pallabi, have you ever tried to get the details on anything by using SEARCH option or by Mr Google if yes than you must do that before posting anything bcz there are numbers of threads/post available on CiteHR and on web. Sorry to say, but I am not happy with your comment in reply to Pallabi Pait's query, you can see the lady has joined this site in this (Sept-11) month itself and off-course eagerness is the Human Nature. Since she is new to this site this may be her first step towards the journey.
We must appreciate and/or encourage the new comers, rather that showing the attitude.
