Y dont an interviewer tell directly the reason of rejec

I do not know if India is like many other countries, but often you will NOT be told the reason why you did not get the job.

Often the standard response is that another candidate was a better fit with the profile or words to that effect.

Nothing you can do about it.

However, you might (and it is a big might) be able to get some feedback by calling the interviewer and firstly thanking them for the opportunity of an interview. Secondly, you can politely ask what you would need to do next time to be more successful. With a bit of luck, you may get a clue as to what they considered to be your weaker points. BUT, you need to think carefully about this and how you approach it. Ask the question and see if you get a response. DON"T get defensive, DON"T try and argue your case. Accept the answer, say thank you for the information and get off the phone as quickly as possible. They have made their decision and they will not change it.

It is then up to you to reflect on what you have been told and use that information to fix the problem or perform better at your next interview.

i agree with u they can reject even if they dnt like candidates face.
rejections are welcome but sometime these interviewer waste candidates time even if candidate is matching their criteria.
I personally prefer not to apply for job with those organation where HR builds communication barrier.
