What is this Nithya? What do you mean by “Scope of HRD”?
I guess you need to learn how to post any query or the ethics in this regard. Also I would like to say that you must go to search first for the answers of your question and query as there are lots of threads/post /discussion are available on CiteHR and members of peoples already have discussed several time on the same topic. Also you can get the other discussion related to HR, therefore you just need to use SEARCH option located at top right on Cite page.
One more thing if you wanna know the scope of HR Department, you need to understand this concept and need of HRD in an Organization first. HRD is a profession which includes broader range of activities to develop personnel inside of Organisations, career development, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal Policies.
