I would like to know how one can ensure lasting peace in her country when it is plaqued with labour unrests as a result of unfair termination of appointments, wages & salary issues and management style. I need this information for a presentation.

The centre or the core of your presentation or answer is present in your question itself and that is ensuring fair deal in employment which will ensure security, fair wages and an environment free unfair labour practices.
Today labour unrest is not only for any genuine reason like fair wages or social security measures but it has become a tool in the hands of politicians who will take the labour in their hands to play any rubbish tricks to win their political image. Forming a Trade Union is not only to protect the interests of the employees but it is a platform for the new and growing politicians to study how to organise a meeting or even how to make a public speech and it becomes a stepping stone for them to get a ticket for the next general election to the Assembly or Parliament. It is true that in establishments where low wages and service conditions are poor, the trade union and labour unrest are fact which shall be handled very easily. At the same time, whereas in those establishments where the industrial relations is very good have also witnessed a lot of unrest just because of personal interests of some limited persons. Therefore, in my opinion the the role of management is very limited in it and if at all present, the same can be resolved easily.
