I would like to know the laws that protect a female from dismissal from job during pregnancy. In case the female has informed her employer verbally about her maternity leave plan, will she be entitled to received the salary for maternity leave period is she is expelled at anytime during the pregnancy?

It is an offence and employer can go immediately in a Jail.
Minimum 80 days should be worked in an establishment before entitle of this Act.
