In my co. we're having factory license of more than 50 employees in Uttar Pradesh & the minimum wages according to same is already being paid as per Engineering wages which is more than the normal minimum wages. I want to know that whether we can opt for a contractor for our production process & can we pay the contract workers as per the lowest minimum wages? Plz help me....Hope that i would get some reply soon.....
Please provide me some incentives schemes, reward & motivational activity for improve the employees work stress, and enhance their satisfaction level towards the work.
If possible provide the ppt. for the same.
