Hi,

I am SaratKumar, ex-employee of CSC India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Our head office is in Chennai, India.

I left the company in 23rd Nov 2010 and submitted the PF withdrawal form by the end of Nov 2010. Then I received mail from the company telling that they will file the PF with drawl on 8th Feb 2011 as there should be 90 day gap from the day I relieved from the company.

Later I have followed up with the company regarding the status for the PF with drawl. They informed my as per the records they have filed the PF with drawl on 8th Feb 2011 and it will take 3 to 4 months to get the money. From that date I am in regular touch with the company and they are telling the same info there is no change. When recently I have dropped a mail to the company regarding the same I came to know that it was already transferred the money to my account. But the surprising thing here is I did not receive the money. When I check the PF site I see this message

Claim ID : TBTAM110200006542

Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (TBTAM00300270000013642) has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT.

Claim ID : TBTAM110200006543

Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (TBTAM00300270000013642) has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT.

But I did not receive this amount. When I dropped mail to the company they reply they can not get the status from the PF office and asked to file the Grievance.

I am not in India, so I choose this channel to get some help how to file the grievance. Kindly do the needful

Dear Mr.Sarath
first of all please check whether there is any mistake in your bank account details. Through NEFT if payments are sent , if there is any mistake in account number or
the IFSC code , the same will be returned back to the sender.
In your case if the account number mentioned is correct, then you need to check with your banker about the whereabouts. They will be able to help you
If there is any mistake in your account number, it would have been returned back to PF Office a/c itself withing 2-3 days . in such case please get the PF Office address and contact them . They will be able to help you

There can not be any chance of mistake in the account no or IFSC code because we provide a cancelled cheque of the account to which the amount should be deposited. I have cross checked with the bank people also there is no record of bounced cheque in my account.
