IN ORGANIZATION, PUNISHMENT,DEDUCTION,PENALTY is H.R intention or ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIORAL DEVELOPMENT..? IF ANY EMPLOYEE MADE MISTAKES IN FIRST TIME AGAINST COMPANY ROLE THEN WHAT WE DOO...? IF FREQUENTLY DOING THAT MISTAKES THAN WHAT WE HAVE DO..? MISTAKES MEANS AS IN & OUT TIMING,LEAVE,BEHAVIOR, COORDINATION, PRACTICING IN H.R ROLLS.. PLEASE INFORM TO ME...!!!!!!!
