Dear All,
i need your suggestion for the below case
we terminated a accounts girl & service engineer boy for their affair.But after some months with the influence of other managers the service engineer joined our company again.Now my question is , Is that fair enough to take him back due to lack of resource (reason given by the managers).I am bit confused.
Pls guide me.

You need not get confused. The management has the right to hire an employee who was once terminated even for immoral act. It is the head ache of the management and they are convinced of his capabilities, why should HR worry even though the decision of the management is wrong.
