Hi all,
Sharing thoughts from an experiential activity that we did recently - as part of a Team building program conducted for a group.
Hope you find it useful - and do share your thoughts on the same.

Wonderful exercise, Arun Rao, Thanx a lot for sharing. I have often wondered what inspired the soldiers under Hitler to fight so tirelessly. Never to doubt him or his methods!!! I have come to know that it was because he refused to recognise any body who didn't play as a team. None could claim himself to be above his team. Once again Thanx KK

Thanks Arun for the lively game. Never could imagine, so many learnings could be shared from a mouse trap - goes to show , we can learn from anything and everything. Do share some more games. Rama
