Dear Mr Raj Jain,
For every organization to run systematical way and organized way HR policies is required, As HR person it the responsibility to frame the HR policie and procedures .
1. Refer the model standing orders
2. refer the leave rules from Factories act / Shops & est Act
3.Refer the one or two companies HR polices available in website
4. Prepare your own HR Polices based on requirement from your org
5. Get the approval from the MD

Thanks Mr. VTREDDY,
I have gone through various posts in forum, have realized one thing that there wont be any standard policy structure for all business units.Every business has specific requirements Manpower, skill, policies, knowledge level etc;though I was new to organization thought of starting up with basic structure-policies then move on to specific ones after feedback and discussion. Its like we have more than 300 ppl working for us, but no employee benefits , policies and the way of working is unorganized so far. I am looking forward for some basic excel sheet formats to start off, then to include other things.
