After Successful completion of training / probation The New employee / Existing Employee is placed in Direct Workplace to do the work & show the output which will be measured for his Performance Appraisal.

Dear Dhanu, Employee Deployment means Poor Performance for that you may first identify KRI’s of Employee then develop training program for such employee. With Regards, Vineet Deshmukh
