Hi Joy,
Please bullet your experience and the relative industry specific. This would help me/us in providing a better feedback. However if you are looking for/in a financial sector, then they would not consider the previous experience which you hold in any other stream than finance. You may need to start as a fresher or a junior.

Hello joy2779,
You had also started another thread reg a Finance related Forum, for which Mahesh, (Cite Contribution) & I had responded.
Maybe it would have been more appropriate if you had clubbed with this thread.
Reg the options available to you, in addition to what Mahesh mentioned, pl remember that irrespective of which line you are into [BPO or IT or Plain Accounts, etc], wherever you go for an interview, THAT company will always view your exp from THEIR perspective & how RELEVANT is your exp TO THEM.
When you are shooting for Finance-related positions, pl note that only your finance-related exp will become relevant for that company.
Like Mahesh mentioned, you may need to begin as a Fresher in that line.
I know this could be a tough decision--which depends on YOUR priorities/choices--AND also remember that THERE'S NOTHING RIGHT OR WRONG in either of the choices.
All the Best.
Rgds,
