Your qualification is HR & Finance & your long-term career goals are towards T&D/OD.
How is this BD opening going to help you achieve what you want to? And how is it relevant to your qualification, which is NOT marketing?
Don't you think this line would be a diversion/distraction?

dont miss that apportunity.
i have done LLB+LLM+MBA(HR)
But by college placement i got a job in financial product as Relationship Manager.
But now i resign from that job
and now i am searching in HR field job in Pune.
So,
at the end of the day Experiance is counts in any industry.
still now i searching new job since last 15 days
