Can any one tellme is tere any impact on minimum wagwes if we increase number of workersfrom 50 to above

Dear Chitra,

you may classify your employees into five or more (as convenient you) major groups viz,

1. President, Director(s) etc. may travel in executive air class and lodging /boarding facilities at five star/deluxe five star hotels with reimbursement of actual bills without any limit. They may be allowed to avail Rs. 2500/- per day as Daily allowance.

2. General Managers vice President may be permit to travel by economy class and allowed to stay at star hotels having tariff below Rs. 10,000.00 per day with a daily allowance of Rs. 1000.00 per day.Reimbursement of actual within the limit.

3. Middle management group may be allowed to travel by Ist AC and may stay in the hotels having tariff below Rs. 5000.00 per day with a Daily Allowance of Rs. 800.00 per day.Reimbursement of actual within the limit.

4. Jr. Managers may be allowed to travel by IInd AC or Taxi and to stay in the hotels having tariff below Rs. 2000.00 per day with a Daily allowance of Rs. 500 per day. Reimbursement of actual within the limit.

5. Other employees below the ranks of Jr Manager may allowed to travel in IInd Sleeper or Bus and to stay in the hotels having tariff below Rs. 1000.00 per day with Daily Allowance of Rs. 200.00 to Rs. 400.00 per day as per designation. Reimbursement of actual within the limit.

Please note that all tours should be imitated with prior approval of the competent authority by submitting a prescribed tour form and claims of the tour reimbursement should be submitted with Tour Report explaining the outputs of the tour.
You require the below mentioned Tour Forms to settle the claims of TA/DA:

1. TOUR APPLICATION/ADVANCE FORM (Submitted before initiating tour)

2. TOUR REPORT FORM (Submitted after completion of tour)

3. TOUR CLAIM/REIMBURSEMENT FORM (Should be submitted immediately after the tour along with the Tour Report and all relevant bills of traveling,lodging and boarding.

I think Mr. Ramit_chd has provided you a broad spectrum of outline to work at. You may classify your own staff into 4-5 grades (keep minimal to avoid hassels) and define the TA/DA as suggested by Ramit_chd in a tabular format. Something like this:

1 M1 MD/ Directors Business Class AIR 5 star; 10k room rent On Actuals(Max. Rs. 2500/-

per day)

2 M2 CEO/ GM Economy AIR 5 star; 8k room rent On Actuals(Max. Rs. 2000/-

per day)

3 M3 Sr. Management Economy AIR 4/5 star; 7k room rent On Actuals(Max. Rs. 1500/-

per day)

4 M4 Middle Mgt 1st Class AC 4/3 star; 5k room rent On Actuals(Max. Rs. 1000/-

per day)

5 M4 Juniors 2nd Class AC Lodge/ 2 star; 1k room rent On Actuals(Max. Rs. 500/-

per day)

* Please specify to excluse personal laundry/ telephone STD calls/ others.

* Also mention that if any employee would want to stay on a personal/ friend's/ relative's accomodation during official visit to some other state, he/she will be compensated @ Rs. 500/- per day for saving company's accomodation cost per day.

Prepare the policy draft something like above and show it to your management for approval/ changes in amounts as per your company reqmnt.

Dear Mr. Pawar,
There is no such fixed format for the same. It varies from industry to industry. Different for Pharma co, telecom Company, Consulting, Corporate Sales etc.
Depends on the travel schedule of the individual as well.
If you can give me the exact band for which you are looking for, then probably I'll reply you with the one that is there in the industry.

Hello Chitra,
Attached is a format for TA/DA that can be used in a Marketing company. It is quite detailed based on our experience. You may want to modify suitably the grades / figures as applicable in your Company. Note that it is better to have the steps as per designation instead of salary (which changes yearly & rapidly).
