our trade union constitution state that an executive of union can remove by 3/4 th majority of executive body after his explanation but president of union issue a letter to the management an old president of area is removed and a new person is nominated as president of area without any meeting of area body. has president power to remove an area president without consent of area executive body. if not what should do?
