Leaders are required

It was great to hear about people’s performance. But now, they are much worrying about their titles than; fulfilling their roles and performance.

Now, this is a time to make you aware of updated management concepts.

Most of the words like Manager, Head, In-charge and many more words like CEO too are removed from the dictionary of "Building an Organization" with a powerful word called 'Leadership'. Yes, every organization is in need of it. A great vacuum exists in most of the organizations with a great room for 'Visionary Leaders'.

Leadership is a word for the people who don't perform and it's a dream & vision for the people who are hungry to perform more and perform.

The performers are always leaders but they never get satisfied with it as they need more than what they want. It doesn't come through superiority or hierarchy or through title. It comes through action and performance. The leadership comes through building the trust in the team. These people inspire team through their actions (performance) but not merely by superiority or by title.

Leaders have a key - "Learn from your mistakes and build a foundation of wisdom. Blend self responsibility with self forgiveness". For these people enjoyment lies in their mind's activity and bodily exercise; the two are ever united.

Leaders are people who make things happen. Whereas others watch things happen or say what happened?

The message is intended to make you aware about the importance of leadership and need of leadership qualities.
