Dear All,
I am an employee of Indian Company currently on deputation in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. My Company don't have any office nor branches in KSA.
I resigned from my job three months back. As per my contract i have to serve 3 months notice period and it is going to expire by 31st Aug 2011. As per the contract they have to provide flight ticket back to India.I contacted (over phone & email) several times but din't get any reply from the side of company. I dint get the salary for the month of July 2011 till now. It seems like they are just ignoring my mails and phone calls. I dont know whether they are going to pay my salary for the month of Aug 2011 and the retention amount which they deduct from our salary every month.
I shall be oblige if someone could suggest me a way to get my salary, retention amount and relieving letter. What actions i can take against the employer if they fail to settle my dues?
Thanks in Advance
Samir

Normally, employers don’t provide flight tickets for the resigned employees. However, the salaries shall be payable, may be paid during FnF settlement. Pon

Pon,
Most visa requirements need employers to take responsibility of the employees when it comes to immigrant employees. By that logic, they have to pay for the relocation normally. But it can be contractually managed like you said.
