IMAGINE.............
You're a recruitment executive/recruitment specialist in a leading BPO.
It's the season/months of April/May/June. Your organization is in need of 100 candidates, who're good in HTML, MS Excel, internet access, typing speed 35-45 words per minute with neutral accent.
Qualifications PUC passed (Mandatory), "NO MBA's, BE/B Tech, MCA candidates".
No compromise in the qualification/essential skills from the candidate side.
It's an entry level/level 1 position.
The requirement is very urgent & you need to close the recruitment in a week maximum 10 days & not more than that.
How'll you proceed????? What're the modes/sources, you'll follow to close the recruitment?
