Now What I M Doing Tell Me?

hlo everybody,
i currently doing job in apollo pharmacy in ahmedabad as an admin assistant in last 3.6 years.& with study Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management. now my coming exam. & here not vacancy in hr dept.so, what m doing tell me?
here resign ya job continue here????

Seems that you are interested to work in HR department and my suggestion is that you need to improve your English writing skill. So, you discuss the issue with your site HR and send a letter to corporate HR Hyderabad. If they have any vacancy and your profile match then definitely they will consider you. Think Positive.

Dear Babu.
You have 3.6yrs experience in admin but you are interested in Hr, so first you can search position such as Hr cum Admin, learn all issues relating to Hr then you can go with Hr domain alone........
But before getting into HR field try to learn major issues on Hr. Surely you will get a good job.

Thanks for you comments. Yes I know dear, But nowadays both are getting separated, as they contains heavy work load. Its difficult to handle both together by a single person.
