hello sir/madam i am a student of PGDM(HR) Second year,And looking for a job in next 6 month, so i want to know what type of skills are requried to getting the job in corporate.
According to me, I would say the followings
1.You should have very strong domain knowledge,
2.Develop / polish your presentation & Communication skill,
3.Be confident and face your interview with Comensense & Logic,

To get better job opportunities from the corporate world, your should need to make intention toward below important points, which will be helpful for your personal development and will enhance the better opportunities in job sector.

1 Firstly, you should need to prepare creative resume & cover letter recognising your education & skill.
2. If you are going to face interview you should need to have better subjective as well as practicable knowledge so that you shall have to better reply to interviewer questions. This will make your hard skill perfect.
3. Your soft skill should be like that which help to make attract interviewer toward you and this will further craft way for your success.
4. You should never explain deeply about yourself which may cause to loose interviewer intention toward you. You should need to give power point presentation about yourself.
5 The language, posture & gesture make also important for the candidate for interview success.
6. If You are going for GD (Group Discussion), you should say logic, practical point explaining better on the topic.
6. Always be confidence and make make proper eye to eye contact with interviewer, while replying. Your physical physique make more stronger impact to the interviewer.
7. If you don't know any answer of question, just say to sorry, of not have answer. Never try to divert or give unappropriate replies, because interviewer may be expertise in concern field. And this create confusion for your selection.

Hi All,
I have just started my career in Oracle HR Payroll assistant as a begginer. I dont have any meterial where I can look at.Could any one please advice me where I can find meterial or relevant books? such as how to add users and how to setup position etc.
