Dear seniors
please put your thoughts on below areas with the objective of retaining employees in an IT firm
1. catagorization of empployees such as newly joined in the company, 1 to 2 yrs exp with the company, and 3 to 4 yrs experienced in the company etc. Benefits will be varied as per the level for example more experienced employees with the company will have more benefits .
2. How can implement an indemnity for various experience level such as 1 + yrs, 2+ yrs etc.
Kindly post your querries here. I know that this might not clear to everyone. I only have this idea got from my boss.Need to prepare an excel sheet on this.
If any doubts arises please ask here so that me also clarified after a discussion

how this notice period will work out 3-4 yrs experience have 15 days notice period their roles and responsability will be high.They need to transfer their responsability to others so top management should have atlest 3 months peroid
