Hi Rajendran
Greetings.
I could able to locat your post.
After seeing your post I have few suggestions:
Job changing will not assure your development.
Explore the possibility of moving forward in your present organisation,if you have no specific issues.
Consult your seniors in your work place.
Best wishes
AVS
Dear Jai Sir,
I was happy to have your kind suggestions,
I was satisfied with my job but i was not satisfied with my pay package, also i'm not getting any help from my seniors moreover there is no immediate seniors for me in my organization if i need anything i just want to ask to my manager but all the time he was bound to be busy and so i won't get much help regarding the field.
so as to develop me i have to work on my own that's why i had posted this thread. thereof i request you to pls suggest some thing else like additional course or some thing else to find a better prospect for my career.
If i get your contact number i can speak with you regarding my queries
with love
thanks & regrads
Hi Rajendran. Dinesh Raja
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Now I can understand your situation.
Having no immediate superior in your dept indicates you are the 'boss' in your area.
If you feel that your pay is low to the industry standards, you may need a change.
Introspect yourself and find a suitable soultion.
Discuss with your Top Boss about your financial need.At times that will work out.
Look the print media for the right courses you wish to undergo for your career growth.
Being in familiar place will help better in doing any course.
You are the better person to judge your situation.
All the best again.
