We are working in transportation related company. We are working in 24 hours in shift wise, a person need to take week off; reaming persons need to do 12 hours duty. Same problem in national holiday or local festival function, there is no holiday. Please suggest is there any possible to ask compensation for the extra working hour and nation holidays.

The contents of your post indicates that you are working overtime than what is stipulated in any labour law. Depending on the applicability of any specific labour law the claim for over time payment can be made. Dear sir,
As per our Company policy or HR policy, there is no over time. Whatever may be the work that was assigned a team, which team works in a project or customer, that team itself adjusted everything, which means there leaves, week off and etc.
I like to ask my company provide some thing, those who are working overtime.
