Although all the members have provided nice letters for the introduction of a new employee, they have failed to understand your question. If you could share the letter that your company has written to introduce you, we can help you to form an appropriate reply for that. Still you should include the following points in you reply:
Thank the person who has introduced you to the company.
Say that you are glad to receive this opportunity for the post of ABC in XYZ company.
If your professional experience has not been mentioned in the introduction mail, then give a brief account of it.
And at last say that you are looking forward to having a wonderful experience in this company.
Note that the letter should not be too long, people do not have so much time to read long emails. So keep it concise and simple. Do not use flamboyant language.
