Hi,
Attached ppt on Winning Thoughts which you can use as examples for positive attitude for your training session.
It talks about different celebrities who have conquered success in adverse conditions.
These are powerful examples and will make your session more fruit full.

Hi Ritvi,
Attitude is a great toipc to get started. you may start your session with a video clip from the movie Forest Gump ( where the young kid breaks free of his shackles) or you may also start with introducing the legend Jesse Owens.
Hope it helps.

Hi Ritvi,
You can introduce few ice breakers or enerzigers for the same i.e
You can put half glass water on the table & can aske all the participnts
about the object one by one.Their replies will show their mind set.
Can ask to writedown their life goal.
Can divide participants into group & aske them to discuss theme of the trg & give presentation on the same.
Wish you all the best.

Hi,

The attachments are very good. Thanks for posting it.

Here is another story about positive thinking and taking opportunities. Hope its useful to you in some way.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Be A Possibilitarian

Nine people were discussing a business problem. The challenge they were facing was not there fault; it was circumstances beyond their control that resulted in this problem.

The problem was identified, and they were discussing what they were going to do about it. "What will we do," asked one of them. One person immediately said, "There is nothing we can do."

That response was unacceptable to the rest of the group and acted as a spark of action. "Yes, there is something we can do!" replied two of them in unison. It was at that point that their minds started to work coming up with solutions. We are all faced with challenges at some point in our life, challenges that we did not create. Challenges that happened beyond our control. The difference is how we respond to these challenges. You can adopt the attitude there is nothing you can do, or you can see the challenge as your call to action.

As Norman Vincent Peale said, "Become a 'possibilitarian'.

No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see the possibilities - Always see them,

Hi Ritvi,

I am a new member of CiteHR, working as HR Coordinator in DXB.

For you a small story for Positive attitude.

Once there was loving couple traveling in a bus in a mountainous

area. They decided to get down at some place. After the couple got

down at some place the bus moved on. As the bus moved on, a huge rock fell on

the bus from the mountain and crushed the bus to crumbs. Everybody on

board was killed. The couple upon seeing that, said, "We wish we were on

that bus" Why do u think they said that?

“If they had remained on the bus instead of deciding to get down, the

resulting time delay could have been avoided and the rock would have

fallen after the bus had passed ..!!! Think positive in life always

and look for opportunities when u can help Others......”

Many times in life, the opposite of Success is not Failure, its

Quitting.

Winners never quit, quitters never Win .

Never expect things to happen. struggle and make them happen.

Never expect yourself to be given a good value...create a value of ur

own.

--------------- Thanks & Regards PRK
