As a part of the training program we conduct aptitude & written tests, group discussions, mock interview and stress interview to evaluate the students. Hence the HR can get the eligible list of students readily. We can conduct the recruitment tests on behalf of the companies too to save the HR Dept time and money. Also they need not go from pillar to post searching the efficient students.
Since we are conducting training in many engineering colleges and getting tied up with even more in the coming calendar year, we can do this for them without any additional cost. Also from this we would be able to help some students who are really talented but from not much reputed colleges.
