Hi, Greetings to all .
I had worked as HR Officer in a company for 2 months & due to some issue i have to give forced resignation. So, whether I'm eligible for getting my 2 months PF & other claims or not? If yes then within how many days i should get it or if not then why? Please suggest .
Also, pls suggest me the sites to post my resume for job opportunities as HR Generalist & other core HR fields.
Waiting for your valuable reply!
Thanks in advance
Regards,
Vaishu.

hai, i think you are eligible for getting your share of provident fund , so pls contact your regional pf office .
Hi Vaishu
You are eligible to get your PF & other benefits like your salary ( if pending). You have to submit the withdrawal Forms of pf( if you have completed two months from your leaving date of the same company.)
You can submit your resume on naukri.com,monster.com,jobsrapido.com etc.
Feel free to revert if any.
Regards
Ravi

Hi Vaishu
You have to submit the forms to your previous company or if you are not sure that they would cooperate with you and you also get pf facility in your new job then Just filled the Form no.13( for pf amount transfer) in your new company and closed the matter forever.feel free to revert if any.
Regards
Ravi

Dear Ravi Sir,
Thanks for your reply. At present Im working in a company were we are setting up the HR Dept., so there is no pf facility. I will fill the form & submit to previous employer ,lets see.
Pls tell me within how much time i have to withdraw the pf.
Thanks a loot!!!!!!
Regards,
Vaishu

Hi Vaishu
If your previous employer denai to sign your withdrawal form then just filled the forms again and submitted to the pf office with the letter mentioning that your employer not willing to sign then the pf officer will get the sign himself and forward for the procedure.Hence don't worry. If your employer sign and submitted the form in time, then it will get minimum 45 days form the date of submission to pay the amt.Ask them for the receipt of submission of your forms.Feel free to revert if any.
Regards
Ravi
