About epf rules
Dear members can you please share me the limitations for epf. an employee does not want to be covered under epf who is getting a consolidated salary of rs.4500 per month and working for more than six months in a single organisation. the employer is forcing him to cover under the epf scheme. is there any epf rules where an employee can voluntarily withdraw him self from the scheme. if so what is the limitations and the total procedure.
When pf need not to be paid by employer
I was reading an article where it was stated that if an employee whose salarybasic plus da is more than 15k at time time of the entry of employment can stay away from epf scheme. is this true?? if yes then it means company also need not to pay epf for employee or this exemption is only for employee contribution and not for employer contribution??
